Event Overview
The Annual Meetings are Bruegel’s flagship event which gathers high-level speakers to discuss the economic topics that affect Europe and the world. PAI’s Katya Klinova joined a panel on September 6 titled “Automation and algorithms at work: managing the labour market impact of AI.” The panel discussed (1) how society can steer the R&D of AI in a labour-complementing and welfare-enhancing direction and (2) how businesses can responsibly implement these technologies in the workplace.
