Enterprise AI
Steering Committee

Generative and Agentic AI are increasingly being adopted by businesses and other organizations, for internal purposes and customer-facing products. By bringing together experts from the private sector, civil society, academia, and philanthropy, we empower key decision-makers with the knowledge needed to advance responsible AI innovation.

About the Steering Committee

The primary purpose of the Enterprise AI Steering Committee is to define and guide responsible AI use for enterprises and organizations. The committee will serve as a pivotal initiative in advancing the responsible use of AI systems in enterprise and organizational environments through the identification and development of best practices.

To better understand the guidance enterprises need for responsible AI adoption, Partnership on AI hosted two workshops with the support of Salesforce. The workshops brought together over 20 organizations, including businesses, model providers, civil society organizations, and academic institutions. Our latest report, Responsibly Navigating the Enterprise AI Landscape, details the challenges and opportunities identified during these workshops.

By creating a community of practice focused on the enterprise, we can guide the responsible development of AI to benefit society.”
