Overview
As AI increasingly drives transformative changes, ensuring its development aligns with the public good requires a robust, multistakeholder ecosystem for AI assurance and accountability. The France AI Action Summit in Paris in February 2025 offers a pivotal moment to catalyze international, multidisciplinary collaboration and commitment toward building this ecosystem.
Alongside our collaborators, PAI’s Side Event will explore the core components of this ecosystem—including documentation, risk assessments, technical standards, and certifications— and provide a platform for stakeholders to collaborate on the practical steps needed to build it, particularly as we work towards advancing open and accountable AI models.
Ahead of the AI Summit, we will identify shared priorities and potential interventions for stakeholders to drive forward during Summit events while bridging fragmented efforts across policy, research, advocacy, and industry.
